By registering an account, accessing the website at apk333.pro, or using any product offered under the apk333 brand, you ("the User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and apk333 regarding your use of the Platform and govern all betting, gaming, payment, and communication activities carried out through your account.

To be eligible to use apk333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Your account has not been flagged for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity in any prior session.

apk333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo identification) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

apk333 reserves the right to perform additional anti-money-laundering (AML) checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of these Terms. Any winnings found to have been generated through fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or collusion will be forfeited in full.

All bets placed on apk333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by our system and a bet reference number has been issued. Any bet placed after the closure of a market — whether due to an event starting, a market being suspended, or a system error — will be void and the stake returned.

apk333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet, to refuse a bet without explanation, or to limit the maximum payout on any single event or combination of events. These measures are applied at the Platform's sole discretion and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error during an active bet or casino game session, apk333 will endeavour to settle the bet or game round fairly on the basis of the last confirmed server-side state. The Platform's records are the authoritative source of truth in any dispute about bet status or game outcome.

apk333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered users with access to the following self-management tools directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Timers: Configure alerts and automatic logout after a set period of play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk333 Platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any competitive game format.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false identification or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to misrepresent your location.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without written authorisation.

All content on the apk333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the property of apk333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from apk333.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are subject to their own licensing arrangements with apk333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

apk333's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, game, or feature on the Platform.

apk333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described therein.

We implement SSL encryption across all sessions and financial transactions. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or restricting any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by applicable law.
